A Client Win Worth Celebrating

This story has a special touch- but first, know this…This spotlight only scratches the surface of my excitement last month when I found out my buyers offer was accepted!!

When I started my real estate business it was to cultivate community and be able to pour into other people’s lives-helping them navigate one of their largest purchases and/or relocate with peace and clarity.
I had no idea that so soon in my career a home search would hit sentimental value!! After about a month of searching and not finding what he was hoping for within his price range, my buyer decided to take a couple extra months to save more money before starting his search again.
I pray over my business and the lives of those I serve. So when he stepped away, I asked the Lord to intervene. It wasn’t but 2 days later and that’s exactly what God did. I woke up to this text…”I know I said I wanted to take a step back, but this could be a possibility.” with a link sent of the home.
Here’s the sweet spot…We went and toured and it turns out, this same house used to be owned by someone in his family-and he spent many Christmas’ there over the years. So not only is he under contract, but he gets to continue the family legacy that started in this home!
Things like this just hit different and make the whole buying experience even more meaningful!
